My Jax

My baby boy Jax died just last night. He wasn’t feeling well at all and we took him to the vet’s office and they were so nice to him, he had a blockage or something and he’s little tummy was just Full of gas and they did everything they could, gave us a bunch of medicines to try and everything.

He really was stressed after they tried to help him. We weren’t home more then five minutes, I was petting him as he lay in his cage and he kind of hiccuped and he was gone.

Jax was my first pet ever, he was really my first love too, if that makes any since.

I’m kind of glad he was just gone, because he really wasn’t feeling well and now he’s not hurting and my family misses him very dearly but we didn’t have to watch him suffer for days.

I’m not sure how I’m supposed to handle this right now… I cried all night and I’m crying again right now.

I miss him so much already!

YAY! I did it!

So I started this Project (Ravelry Link) last week for my little sister's birthday (and it's only half finished really, I meant to make a second) and because of a cold we got from our big brother (Thank you, very much) I was unable to finish it on time.

A chalk Drawing for a friend

This is a Chalk drawing I made for a friend and I swear I'll send it later this week! >_< I swear!
I'm just really lazy and haven't finished the letter that goes with it, then he went on Va-Cay and I couldn't send it, then he came back and I didn't have the cash to send it! Arhg!!!! Being lazy is so bothersome....

At least my art is nice-ish looking. Right?

lol Most of that was done left handed, because I'd hurt my right wrist and because I seem to have more talent with my left. *Cough*

I love you, Daddy!

Let me take you back, back to Christmas of '07...

Christmas morning Almost all of the gifts have been opened and I open a gift from my dad, it's a game called "Safe Cracker" and I smiled at him and said "I love you." And he asked me an odd question... "Do you really?" "Yeah of course!" He smiled at my mom and then handed me one of the gifts labeled for him, "Then this is for you." He said. I opened it and found my very own, brand new laptop!!! Then he told me how he'd stood outside in the cold for more then an hour just so I could get that laptop for Christmas!!!

That was the coolest!

Now my laptop has been dying for the past few weeks now. Even going so far as to smoking.... So I've been talking to my family about buying a new netbook if they went on sale for "cheap".

I woke up this morning and my family kept saying "Good Morning!" I answered, "Mornin'". Then I saw it! A brand new Netbook! My dad did it again! I even said that, "Oh!! You did it again!" And I hugged him tightly, then went straight to work setting it up! This is a $300 plus computer and just for random reasons my parents got me this new laptop!!! YAY Me!!!!

I've decided that this blog is a place for me to post up my art/photos. And of course I'll be blogging about the cool contest I enter. So yeah. That's what this will be.

Who knows what all I'll post up here and what the future is to hold? It's the kinda world where you just take a deep breath and jump.

I'm not really sure why I'm starting up another Blog (I have one on Vox, Katelyn's Blog), I just am it seems. I just kind of felt like starting a new blog, this one, like the last one, probably won't have any real use other then just for me to try and write a little something everyday.

How should I start this off..?

My name is Katelyn, I'm two of four and four of six in my family. I am a: Christian, Cowgirl, Big/Little Sister, Actress, Movie Editor, Balloon Artist, Chalk Artist, Knitter, and Student. I've been homeschooled my whole life and I'm working toward becoming a horse breeder and trainer. Sometimes I become so depressed I don't want to even get out of bed, but I always do.
